Commercial Vendor Information
The 2021 Amador County Fair will be held July 29th through August 1st.
Fair hours: Thursday and Sunday: 9 am to 12 midnight;
Friday and Saturday: 9 am to 1 am
BOOTHS MUST BE STAFFED DURING THE FOLLOWING HOURS:
Indoor Booths: Thurs, Fri & Sat - 10 am to 10 pm, Sun. - 10 am to 8 pm
Outdoor Booths: Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun - 9 am to 11 pm
Food vendors are required to have a health permit and Food Safety Certification (more info HERE)
All vendors are required to provide or purchase Liability Insurance. An overview of requirements is provided in the cover page of each application. For further information, forms and rules, please reference the Vendor Manual below.

Effective July 1, 2018, if you are a retailer who makes sales of tangible personal property on the real property of a California state-designated fair ("state-designated fairground"), you must separately state the amount of those sales on your Sales and Use Tax return as required under Assembly Bill 1499 (AB 1499) (Chapter 798, Stats. 2017).
