Come join in the Fair! There are many ways to participate in our Fair. Check out
the Entry Guide and find something uniquely suited to you. There are dozens of
categories for young and old, from flowers to quilts to wine to drafthorses to rodeo..
.to the Demolition Derby! One of them is sure to be right for you.

All participants under the age of 18, or otherwise noted in Entry Form, must have
the signature of a responsible adult parent or guardian. Have a question? Just give

Completed forms and fees may be delivered in person to the Fair Office at

Sunday, March 20 - 7 am to 10 am - Large Animal Weigh-Ins

Wednesday, March 30 - Independent Exhibitor Declaration for Large Animal
form due (Beef & Horse)

Saturday, May 28 - 7 am to 11 am - Small Animal Weigh-Ins

Friday, May 27 - Independent Exhibitor Declaration for Small Animals
form due (sheep, goats, hogs, rabbits and poultry)

Wednesday, June 22nd - Livestock Entries Close

Market Hogs - Weight – 225# to 275# not to exceed 290#

Entry form for still exhibits. Form may be photocopied. You can list
multiple entries on one form for a single class, but each class requires
a new form.

are able to participate in the Friday Night Wine Tasting Event.

Entry Forms: Horse Shows and Livestock

Horse Show Entry Form
For all horse show entrants, including 4H, FFA, Jr. Grange and
independants. Form to be filled out by all adult and junior
participants. You can list multiple entries for a single class, or
entries for multiple classes on a single form. Be sure to clearly
state each class.
Dates: Opens May 24 - Closes for pre-entries June 24
Entries taken after June 24 are double the cost of that class)

Team Event Horse Show Entry & Release Form
List each team member and contact information, plus Team Captain.
Dates: Opens May 24 - Closes for pre-entries June 24
Entries taken after June 24 are double the cost of that class)

Junior Independent Livestock Exhibitor Packet
All junior exhibitors must complete the entry forms, release forms and
record-keeping forms inclosed in the packet. One packet must be
completed for each livestock entry.

Date Due: Large animals - April 1; Small animals - May 27
Fee: None

Amador County Bred & Raised Birth Certification Form
Declaration that beef, sheep, goat, swine or rabbit was bred and
raised within Amador County.
Date Due: Must be submitted with Livestock Entry Form

Declaration of Medication Form
Declaration of medication used/not used for beef, sheep, goat,
swine, poultry or rabbit. Use separate form for each animal.
Date Due: July 26 upon check-in

Adult and Junior Livestock Entry Form
For all livestock entrants, including 4H, FFA, Jr. Grange and independants.
Form to be filled out by all adult and junior participants. You can list
multiple entries for a single class, or entries for multiple classes on
a single form. Be sure to clearly state each class.

Dates: Opens May 31 - NEW CLOSE DATE June 22

Draft Horse Challenge Entry Form
Draft Horse Log Skidding & Gamblers Choice. Please read
the Rule and Regulations for entering and competing.

Fee: $15 per team, per class

Junior Livestock Auction Presentation Card
Date Due: With Entry Form to qualify for auction

Preliminary Go-Round Thursday, July 28 at 6:30 pm
Benny Brown Arena
Fee: Free!
Open to all contestants 4 to 8 years of age. All participants
in the premilinary Go-Round receive a souvenir t-shirt
courtesy of Amoruso Ranches.

Top Ten mutton busstin' wranglers wil be eligible to
compete in the Main Event during the CCPRA Rodeo ,
Saturday, July 30 in the Benny Brown Arena.
